One tree can absorb more than a ton of carbon in its lifetime and release enough oxygen back into the atmosphere to support two people.
We partner with The Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees where they are in the greatest need. Wildfires, insects, and disease destroy millions of acres of trees each year. The need for planting trees can also be to help provide the right habitat for an endangered animal. Recently, we planted one hundred trees in Minnesota, providing the yellow warbler a chance at having an adequate tree to build a nest. The population of this bird has been declining and the need for a specific species of trees for their nests may have been the reason behind the decline. Together we can take little steps that make the world greener and more beautiful for our children.
